Classical Conversations educates over 125,000 students in the United States annually and more than 10,000 students internationally – numbers the team hopes to increase year-over-year. Typically, students who enroll in the program’s curriculum have experienced difficulty finding a home in a more traditional school environment. Many of the families of these students learn about the curriculum through Classical Conversations’ social media channels.
With the program experiencing rapid growth over the past few years, Classical Conversations needed a way to balance its resources across three main tasks: facilitating incoming visitor requests from their local Facebook pages, managing review response levels, and participating in social media groups to stay engaged with enrolled students and their families.
To mitigate the high volume of inquiries on their Facebook page, the leadership team enabled SOCi Chat with a Classical Conversations twist.

By implementing a consistent posting schedule across Facebook and evaluating posts with high SOCi Scores, Classical Conversations has generated some impressive results in terms of reach. This has proven to be especially true during the summer months when the organization saw some of its highest levels of social engagement to date.
Local users have progressively adopted the platform thanks to a custom-made training portal, complete with certifications and course videos covering topics such as social media strategy and Google Listings.
