Listings Overview Redesign

The homepage of our Listings Management solution got a brand new look! The redesigned Listings Overview features a new user-friendly layout and introduces actionable widgets from our listings accuracy tool, Listings Health, delivering a cleaner and more efficient platform experience.

New Image Editor

We’ve improved our in-platform image editor, giving you more comprehensive image editing capabilities for your social media posts. New functionality includes:

Users can now upload up to 10 images in a single LinkedIn post directly in SOCi, allowing for richer storytelling through multiple visuals in a single post.

Solicitation In Surveys

Solicitation in Surveys is the easiest way to collect feedback and increase reviews. By combining feedback collection and review requests into a single touchpoint, it helps your customers gather insights and boost reviews on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Trust Pilot.

This release includes:

New Review Solicitation Template: Simplifies requesting customer reviews on key third-party sites with buttons linking directly to specific review platforms during or after a survey
Oversurveying Protection*: Prevents survey fatigue by restricting how often contacts receive surveys.
Email Customizations: Personalize survey emails with contact names for a tailored experience.

Solicitation In Surveys is automatically available for all SOCi Surveys customers! Learn more about the latest SOCi Surveys enhancement on our blog.

Reviews

Import Reviews

SOCi now allows users to import historical review and survey data from external sites via CSV upload, consolidating it into an “Imported” network alongside third-party reviews and SOCi Survey feedback for unified reporting.

Available upon request for Genius Reviews and Core Reviews customers. Reach out to your CSM or submit a support request to have this feature enabled.
