Genius Auto Respond

Genius Auto Respond, a feature of Genius Reviews, now enables users to automate responses using the best templates from pre-approved libraries. When a review matches your auto-respond rule, Genius analyzes it and selects a fitting response, ensuring it hasn’t been used in the last five replies. With Genius Auto Respond you can:

• Automate responses to save time.
• Use relevant, pre-approved responses.
• Prioritize important reviews.
• Ensure compliant responses (specifically for Financial Services and other Regulated Industries).

Chat

Google Business Messages Deprecation

Google has deprecated Google Business Messages, which is no longer supported by SOCi Chat.

As of July 31st, chat functionality ended, so users no longer receive messages natively or within the SOCi platform.
